Jo Jingles preschool music and movement classes will integrate music, lyrics and actions taken from the toddlers’ TV favourite
Jo Jingles, nationwide preschool music and movement franchise has been selected by DHX Media and iChild to partner with the CBeebies hit show, In the Night Garden, to bring a range of specially themed music programmes to preschool children across the country throughout the Autumn. The new programme delivered via Jo Jingles classes will include key characters, songs and dances from the toddler TV favourite including Igglepiggle, Upsy Daisy and Makka Pakka.
Jo Jingles has been chosen as the preferred partner to create an In the Night Garden’ musical activity session which is fun and engaging for preschool children. Songs from the show will be sung in the form of an easy medley that the children will be able to learn in sections and the theme will be introduced during classes from the Autumn term as a special welcome to ‘Jo’s new friends from In the Night Garden’.
Caroline Crabbe, General Manager, Jo Jingles Limited commented on the campaign “We are thrilled to be associated with such a popular TV show, it is a great opportunity to get young children active and excited about music and dancing alongside some fun and easily recognisable characters. We plan to run the special sessions from this Autumn and are currently producing a full programme that can be used across our classes for babies and young children.”
Over 10,000 children attending – walking (2 years), 2-3 years and mixed age group classes will be able to join in with this activity. The joint nationwide campaign aims to promote the benefits of regular exposure to music and movement from an early age.
Exclusive themed posters, stickers, certificates and a take-away activity book produced by iChild will be provided to all parents and children at Jo Jingles classes to help learn the lyrics and will feature activities for the children to participate in.
