It works by allowing users to search a huge database of all nurseries in England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales, and enabling them to read honest ratings and reviews left by other parents. If desired, users can compare several nurseries around them with an easy-to-use compare tool, before making their decision based upon all of the available information.

Rate my nursery is the only site that works in this way. Every nursery has its own page on the site, which is shown up on a map via Google maps, and it also provides a street view of the actual nursery or its surrounding area, reducing even more of the stress to finding a nursery.

Neither have we forgotten the nurseries themselves – once your setting has been rated and reviewed, you have the option to respond if you wish and give feedback to any or all of the reviews that have been left. On top of that, you can advertise job vacancies on your page or child places; there’s even a place to sell unwanted items!
